National Honor Society - GHS Chapter
Qualifications: All juniors and seniors with a 3.7 GPA or higher are eligible to join Honor Society.
How to join: Invitations are sent to a student's sumnerk12 email account during August of the new school year. All students interested in joining must attend an introductory meeting. At that time, all those who attend will be given information on the next regular meeting of the chapter. If a student still wants to join, he/she must begin attending chapter meetings throughout the year.
What is required of members:
Members must:
1. Attend every chapter meeting,
2. Particpate in the new member induction ceremony,
3. Participate in the chapter service project,
4. Pay dues.
Dues: $15 per school year.
